I'm a Service and Experience Designer turned activist, currently working in the field of Care and Social Design, to transform our societies and systems through collaboration and human-centred design practices.
I have a Master's specialisation in Design for Healthcare by TU Delft and a background in Industrial Design Engineering.
I am driven by a high empathy and have a special interest in psychology, that is why I really enjoy design research and diving deep into people's stories, to understand their needs and concerns. On the other hand, I’m trained in creative workshop facilitation, which I constantly put into practice carrying out generative sessions and co-creation workshops with various stakeholders (healthcare professionals, patients, citizens, social workers...).
My Product Design skills combined with my analytical mind allow me to visually synthesise information and seemlessly create journey maps, which is one of my favourite tools and, from my point of view, one of the most powerful along the design process.
I believe international experiences are very enriching, that is why I try to grab any opportunity to study, work or participate in projects abroad. I like languages and I have good communication and organizational abilities, which I have developed through my years as class delegate and coordinator of the student’s association among others. My self-determination and ambition has brought me forward, following my life motto: 'If you want something in life, reach out and grab it'.
On a more personal level, I am a positive person, very open-minded and flexible, which comes from my experiences living in several countries and having contact with different cultures. I cannot stay still for too long, I always like to do more and to try new things, that’s why in my free time you can find me dancing or surfing!
